Enrollment is limited to authorized client owners, employees, and representatives who complete the written SMS Consent Form. The mobile number owner must provide affirmative consent through an unchecked checkbox and signature. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on website request activity. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
